广州市产业高质量发展促进会（IHDA），是广州市工业和信息化局为业务主管单位，广州市民政局为业务指导和监督管理单位的综合性非盈利社团组织。促进会坚持“政府助手、企业帮手、招商推手”的定位，秉持“务实奋进、同创共赢、守正创新”的理念，坚定不移推进“产业第一，制造业立市”的高质量发展道路。
促进会立足广州，协同湾区，面向世界，与多家商协会及知名企业保持密切合作和良好的业务关系。促进会积极助力政府，推进链条招商、引进海外资源、贯彻工信政策、链接顶尖展会；主动赋能企业，打造供需平台、搭建政企桥梁、推动品牌出海、促进成果转化。以期与会员共赴“广州智造”和“广州创造”的新征程，共筑广州城市品牌新价值。
促进会宗旨：遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，践行社会主义核心价值观，遵守社会道德风尚。充分发挥整齐沟通、内外交流、开拓市场、互动合作的平台作用，积极维护会员企业和企业家的合法权益，多方位、多形式地为会员企业、企业家服务，为广州至国家经济的快速发展作出应有的贡献。
The Guangzhou Industry High-Quality Development Association is a comprehensive non-profit organization under the guidance of the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau as the business supervisory authority and the Guangzhou Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau as the business guiding and supervisory management authority. The Association adheres to the positioning of "government assistant, corporate helper, and investment promotion facilitator". It is steadfastly committed to promoting the high-quality development path of "industry first, manufacturing leading" in Guangzhou.
Based in Guangzhou, the Association collaborates closely with the Greater Bay Area and looks toward the world. It maintains strong business relationships and partnerships with numerous business associations and well-known enterprises. The Association actively assists the government in promoting investment along the industrial chain, attracting overseas resources, implementing industrial policies, and connecting with top-notch exhibitions. It proactively empowers enterprises by creating supply and demand platforms, establishing bridges between government and business, promoting brand globalization, and facilitating the transformation of achievements.
